The irony is, the same people who are so big on Obama's birth are appalled
at the absurd Trig Birtherism.

that Obama was born when and where he said he was.  But I am appalled at the
notion that an actually constitutional requirement is being treated
dismissively when Obama can end it with a simple phone call.  The truth is
that the ownership of birtherism is Obama and the democrats, which makes the
birthers dupes.  But they are dupes with the constitution on their side and
while I do not share their passion, I do support their right to be
passionate.

 

I mean, using Palin's own logic this week regarding Trump-people
investigating Trig's birth should be praised for investigating something
that she seems to have kept secret (Palin hasn't released Trig's long form
Birth Certificate).  Personally?  I think both are ridiculous.  But I do not
understand why pandering to the extremes (although-if 51% of the party claim
to be birthers-is it really a fringe view in the party?) is so effective in
the Republican Party.  As I mentioned in my comment on Facebook...I am
trying to imagine Democrats pandering to 9/11 Truthers.
