Well, yea it *is* a hypocrisy issue when he complains that rich people like himself get too many breaks and don't pay enough, and then he takes the breaks he condemns and by his own standards, underpays. I don't blame anyone for taking charitable deductions. It isn't a hypocrisy issue. If the tax rate goes up, he will pay more. It's pretty simple. Again, lame attempt at a gotcha.
