Karl...he answered this constitutional question with satisfactory information a couple years back. So, no, he didn't have to go this extra step for the sake of nutcases. At this point it was not about the Constitution. It was about people doing everything they could to try and stir controversy. Nothing more. These were not true patriots trying to protect the Constitituion. These were fringe nuts-like 9/11 truthers.
