But you said they were not beyond the pale. So an argument without evidence that birthers are racists is not beyond the pale but an argument over Obama's eligibility for office are beyond the pale? I just went back and read your post and its correction to include "not" in regards to accusations that birthers are racists is *not* beyond the pale. You admitted you aren't interested in them so presumably have no evidence one way or the other but you've a priori ruled them fair game while declaring in so many words that arguments that Obama should have provided the birth certificate, that he provided today, a long time ago are beyond the pale when the evidence is incontrovertable that he had not produced that document prior to today.
