Channeling my inner Lance

Does anybody, (I mean public at large), understand or care that this swine is 
basically claiming everything is hunky dory while we are paying $4/gallon, (on 
its way up to $6), food costs are going way up, (have you been grocery shopping 
lately), unemployment numbers suck, (as far as mainstreet is concerned, 
Wallstreet OTOH likes the number just fine), clothing costs are going up, 
(cotton is through the roof - expect your next pair of jeans to be bit pricier), 
and we are in debt to the tune of incomprehensible numbers?

It's like his whole world is covered by the "I don't think that means what you 
think it means." line.  Although that is being too charitable.  I think he knows 
damn well what is really going on but has the comfort of knowing that he has, 
and will continue, to get away with it.
