I don’t consider a meme an automagic falsehood, I think it is more a convenient often applied talking point and it is usually used as a default rather applying any critical thinking. As an aside I am finding interestingis this sudden love of writing things off as a Meme. A Meme isn't a falsehood, yet when people use it in political discussions, that's what they seem to imply.
