Affirmative action from over 20 years ago doesn't really address his current qualifications.  Just as Bush's college grades didn't address his qualification decades later.

***bull.  People take advantage of affirmative action programs all the time who have never been held back ‘by the man’.  Maybe that was true a few generations ago, but not so much any more.

 

This is a seperate issue and not relevant to Obama's past.  Your feelings about the *current* state of affirmative action are not something that should be held against the President.

 

**I am not.  I am merely trying to point out the hypocrisy at play by liberals.  Obama has plenty of reasons for me to despise him that have nothing to do with whether he weaseled his way to Harvard.  

 

**/I will say however that if he did get special treatment, it is not unfair to ask from whom, and ensure he is not doing any paybacks for said favoritism.
