>**no, it means don’t question this man not “the man”, specifically that if you do you are a racist. Face the Nations Bob Schieffer just said so. Oh, if he said it, it must be true! :) **Yep. It is absolutely true that to question Obama you will be called a racist. >***because it was *not* settled legally as no legal challenge has ever actually been done. Sorry, but it met the legal requirements. ***Under which law? Hear me out. I am not defending birthers, I never have. The problem is that while the constitution makes the citizenship a requirement, there is actually no law codified to formally show a necessary verification process. That was part of the problem, the lawsuits that *were* filed were dismissed because there was no law requiring it, and the constitution is not enough for legal standing. ***and as I have always said, I accepted the document, but there were legitimate reasons to ask for the source document for validation. ***and here is my conspiracy theory: Obama had his people create the layers….to make the birthers heads explode. -- dadl-ot mailing list http://mail.thehood.us/mailman/listinfo/dadl-ot_thehood.us http://news.gmane.org/gmane.music.dadl.ot
