Re: problems with Yahoo! Mail?

I take that back I don't think I can turn off attachments.  But it only does 
this with messages from the list.

I think you are right Karl.  Every email from the list says it has an 
attachment.  I think I could choose the no attachment options but then I'd miss 
genuine attachments

Almost all list messages.  Oddly the emails from Peter do not have it attached,

It may be the list server doing this.  Every list message I get has a small 255b 
file attached that contains this:

I think it is trying to generate this as a post signature file and it is being 
attached instead.
 
Yahoo is likely scanning the attachment causing the delay.

Thanks Bruce. I'm not sure what's going on. Didn't use to be a problem. Probably 
something going on with Yahoo! I've cut and pasted your mesasge as it arrived to 
me. Maybe it's the html setting on Yahoo. I'll play with it for a bit. Thanks
