It seems like the last week/10 days. But the delay seems to be getting worse. Maybe we've just had a lot of traffic lately so I'm only noticing it now? I think this is only happening to people sending HTML emails, which happen to be most all of us it seems. The list "sig" is added as a third part (after plaintext & html parts). Peter is sending plaintext emails, hence the sig is just added as text.
