So, there were rumors from "Marriage Defenders" that King & Spaulding backed out of the DOMA defense because some corporate clients expressed discomfort at continuing to use them as their law firm based on the DOMA case. According to the "Marriage Defenders", like Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council it is corporate terrorism. So, now the NRA and the State of VA have fired them for backing out. Does Perkins think that's terrorism as well?
