We posit generalities and scenarios but we don't know what really happened or all that happened. For example, let's say these techniques did lead us to bin Laden. How many people have we used these techniques on? And how many of these people have we subsequently released? This wouldn't have something to do with the high recidivism rate we've seen from Guantanamo releases, would it?
