Seriously, you seem very determined to find the absolutely worst spin on this possible. It reminds me of those who state Bush is guilty of War Crimes. What's the old Rush Limbaugh adage? The military's job is to kill people and break things.
You used to argue that we could not hold terrorists to the same rules of combat that we would an enemy nation, yet you would never know that Bin Laden was a terrorist from the way you are talking, Karl. You'd think he was just some poor schmuck who deserved all the rights we don't afford to other terror suspects.
I have a very hard time believing you woulf be displaying this level of skepticism had this happened under the Bush administration. I would had to at least give Bush kudos for getting the guy (dead or alive).
