I personally see this as the logical result of too many years of pandering
to political correctness and hypersensitivity.

Except this mission had nothing to do with "jumping"?

I understand where the Indians are coming from, but I don't think military
folk are considering the PC implications when choosing code names. Now maybe
if government could have kept its big mouth shut and not shared the name
(and oh-so-many other details that seem like they could compromise future
missions), nobody would've got their feelings hurt.
