You are ok with whatever as long as it benefits the EV and Hybrid users the most. That is because you equate *good* solely to lower fuel use, which does nothing to help infrastructure wear and tear. They still wear out our roads, but who cares, they use less oil, so WHEEE! That's the ideal. But if the alternative to the gas tax is this complicated, inefficient and invasive mile tax, I'm okay with the gas tax as it can encourage "good" behavior. Electric vehicles are more expensive as it is.
