Which is how we're currently doing it.

It's not. If there's waste in our infrastructure spending, let's find
it and deal with it. As far as waste in the rest of our spending,
that's neither here nor there because I don't want transportation
subsidized.

As opposed to the intrepid Obama administration which is proposing a
fascinating new way to increase revenue. And as opposed to Republicans
whose only suggestion to problems is to "cut spending".

Did everyone see that Republicans are dropping Medicare reform for
now? We're well on the road to Business As Usual.
