>Shouldn't the same apply to health care, welfare, financial aid, etc.?
Sure. They shouldn't be forced on anyone who does not want those services.
>Can you list *all* the Tea Party elected officials? Over generalizations don't
>help your argument.
That's at the very least a few hundred. It would be easier to list people who courted the Tea Party vote who aren't voting strict conservative lines and sticking more to the financial side. Such as, Scott Brown.
>Is this your coming out of the closet post? Seriously how are *you* being
>punched in the face?
No...I was using the phrasing from Bruce's comment. "Your right to swing your fist extends only as far as my face." And I have gay friends whom I am tired of seeing told to sit down and shut up and pretend that is not part of who they are because it makes people like Reuben Diaz and the members of NOM, Bryan Fischer or Tony Perkins uncomfortable or angry.
>Ignoring the abortion question what are the "host of other things"?
I'll come back to that when I am not at work. This by the way is the cause of many of the things you get after me for... as I am responding between work, some e-mails are being written across hours, so I come back and am not thinking about a previous thought or I am short on time and tossing out a thought quickly.
