Why I'm reluctant to self identify as a conservative

Say what you want about Ron Paul, and I do when it comes to his myopic and naive 
foreign policy, but Medved is the brain addled one on this issue.  I go back and 
forth but this pushes me to the f them all position.  Why so called 
conservatives are so intent on controlling other people's bodies is beyond me.  
The only legitimate restrictions on what you put into your own body should 
adulthood and pregnancy, and I'm wavering on the adulthood one - (a parent 
should be able to make the decision regarding his/her children).

Medved is smart but he is apparently terrified of true freedom, and he comes 
across like a real ahole in this piece.
