That's the exactly right word: "Propaganda is a form of communication that
is aimed at influencing the attitude of a community toward some cause or
position so as to benefit oneself." She seems to feel the attitude of a
community has been skewed against her, so she's obviously trying to skew
attitudes toward her. (I'd be tempted to try to 'set the record straight,'
but telling the truth is the opposite of propaganda.)
