Actually the several admins/moderators/coowners is a good idea anyway.  I am
moderator on another list and the owner has gone absent completely.  Now the
list is dead, and I as moderator cannot delete it.    And she won't respond
to emails, so it sits there dormant.

Yeah, I still own it. And I'm the only member at the moment. :)

If people are uncomfortable establishing a new list czar, we could have
several admin/moderators.
