I had a craving one day and then made the 'mistake' of checking the
nutrition info online... and then stumbled across this (scroll down
for McD): http://www.sugarstacks.com/shakes.htm -- and that's a
medium. The Arctic Orange has a little more sugar than the chocolate.

I drank some cold water instead. :|
