Let's agree to disagree that there should be laws against drugs. Old stuff, not re-hash worthy. That said, I fully agree that the drug war as it is being waged is not effective, and is leading to far too many abuses. Period. Something needs to change before the rights abuses hit a point of no return. I don't think we are there yet, but it scares me how close we are coming.
