The better answer is freedom.  I'll gladly take the risk that there is a bomb on 
board so we don't have to do this kind of thing to children and the most 
vulnerable among us.

And it wasn't just the pat down of the guy but the idiotic taking away of the 
plastic hammer.  I'm not saying we shouldn't have security but that it should be 
applied with common sense.  Which obviously mean profiling.  We aren't any safer 
for these asshats do but we are being subjected to much greater intrusion upon 
our freedom.

I hate the TSA and what they are doing.

But what I fear is that as soon as we make things off limits then the
terrorists might begin to use that.  

Smugglers already use people they think will be exempt for searches to mule
their goods, why wouldn't a terrorist use a retarded kid?

I honestly cannot figure out a better answer here.
