I would be very, very surprised if anyone thought there was anything to 
debate re: drinking and driving.

The question is whether Ebert, as a film critic with a Twitter account, 
had a right to say anything about this particular film personality's 
demise (especially given how it relates to the subject of his films).

Of course, Ebert's comment was not directed at Ryan Dunn himself but at 
the "friends" who let him drink and drive, so I can understand why all 
those surviving friends are up in arms (alas, one of the friends died in 
the car *with* Dunn; thank God no non-friends were killed).
