Sorry, I really bored by that bit of sophistry.

And I will point out that I was one of the ones here troubled by peoples
"good" attitude and acceptance that our government essentially sent in a hit
squad who pretty obviously had no realistic intention of bringing him back
alive.

In this guys case, it is a tragic end but also one that should serve as a
lesson to others about being a community of concerned people.

I think Ebert came on too strong too soon, but he was correct in his
sentiment.  But being correct does not justify it.

But that's just me.

also done. The only thing that ostensibly differentiates the acrions is the
reason for doing it, and that's direcrly tied to one's worldview.

Or, to simplify further, it wouldnt be incorrect to say that Bin Laden's
worldview was, partially, that he had a sacred obligation to kill infidels,
and that worldview led directly to his death, and the celebrations thereof. 

Unless, of course, Mike at some point expressed his hatred of Bin Laden's
beard or something. ;)
