Thanks Johne.

I watched a Bill Burr comedy show on Netflix the other day.  When he said the 
following, my wife started laughing out loud and pointing at me.


"People ask me all the time 'why are you shouting?'.....  I'm not shouting.  I'm 
just passionate about my opinion and I want to make sure you hear all of it 
before you get a chance to talk again."  


I'm thinking about making it my sig line.

My wife sat over my shoulder as I typed out one of my Ryan Dunn / Roger
Ebert replies and said 'You shouldn't send that.' I said, 'I know this
group. We know each other very well, we can be candid with each other
without having to explain all things you'd have to explain if you were
having the same discussion with a complete stranger, it's ok,' and I sent
the message.

Which is to say, I very much appreciate that we can be straight with each
other because of our long history, even when that bluntness would be
considered rude or counterproductive elsewhere. We may not always agree (in
fact, when have we ever all agreed about anything other than our passion for
the music of Daniel Amos, and that on the Mother list?), but I do value
everyone here and think the list would be less interesting if we lost people
or if people weren't the opinionated cusses that we are.

You're my brothers, and if brothers spar on occasion, that doesn't mean the
blood doesn't count as a powerful link.

So, Mike, no lecture from me.
