Michael, for the money they are a great instrument.
I've heard a number of folks reporting that they gig
with them regularly. I would not hesitate using mine
on stage either.

One of the best archives of info on these was on the
Dudepit site, They had an ongoing thread on SX basses
in the "Tim's Ho Bags" forum. Unfortunately, Dude's
site seems to have gone down for the count.
