start by listening to your favorite songs and take them apart.. pick out the bass lines.. then work them out on your bass. then start movin to different stuff. take something from ALL genre's, southern rock, rock, funk, even country. pick a piece you like.. take the bassline in the mix and learn it.......................get one song down.. then start on another! good luck Yo Victa, whatsoever you do, remember this here.
