Anybody know anything about compressor / limiters? 

I don't now and have never used any kind of pedals at all on the Bass but I am thinking my new active 6 coulld benifit form a compressor.

Any sugustions?  

I see some good review about the Behringer pedals and they are really cheep too! (You know how those bass players lie ---- I do have a Behringer tuner pedal and it's "OK" ) 

I see the CS-100 and CS-400 and they look exactly alike. Anybody know the differance? And whats with the "Dynamics Compressor? (Like the Behringer DC-9) what's the differance between it and any other compressor?  

I know what dynamic compression (and dynamic expansion) is and how to use it in recording and audio aplications but the pedals have got me confused,,,, mostly by the dog and pony show the manufacturers put on with the advertising and specs. 

Can anybody help the old guy out?
