the Toby Pro comes with a 34" scale, the electronics i've yet to see, as i'=
m still waiting for the guy to bless him with his greenbacks..... but what =
i saw on the picture, they aren't barts... the barts, and the bartolini pre=
amp come in the premium Tobias basses. but i'm still willing to give it a s=
hot.. specially for 400.=C2=A0 then i get pickups and a preamp down the roa=
d... I've heard the neck isn't quite as wide as the "Real" Tobias basses, s=
oo i attribute that to being a faux slapper... not the best at it. but i do=
 slap my Warwick Corvette 6 and my Alembic SBS1, In this economy, I can't a=
fford 1800 for a real Tobias Standard bass.

Hi Mark, I think the Toby Pro five comes with Barts & a Bart preamp in it. =
The only thing that's different is, I think, I'm not really sure, but I thi=
nk it's a 35 scale. It doesn't seem like that much. But, I had a Carvin 35 =
scale & it would really throw me off, every time that I went to use it. I e=
nded up trading it off for my G&L L2500 which is a 34 scale. I like the B s=
tring better also, it's not at all sloppy. Hell, I like my G&L bass so much=
, that it & my Fender jazz bass, are about all I play anymore out of my sta=
ble.=20
