I've never worked on tremolo harmonicas but i've tuned and replaced
reeds in short harps for years.

i may try to get a wetter sound out of the 2 timer
if i can figure out exactly with reeds to mess with.

Do i need to alter both top and bottom reed plates or
just one or the other?
