Hmm, this might be difficult without knowing how the envelopes are 
scaled. It's a great idea, though.

Java and C# are very close syntactically. Porting shouldn't be a 
problem.

I should have a prototype program done in a coupla weeks. The tools 
are all finished, just have to put all of the pieces together. The 
first version won't be fancy at all graphics wise. 

I would like to set up the program so that it can transmit to either 
the K5 or the K5000. Will need to brush up on my K5000 sysex for 
that. 

As far as the K3 goes, do you have the sysex info for it? Also, do 
you know how its harmonics are scaled? With the K5000 and the K5, 
the harmonics use a decibel scale (the K5000 from 0 to 90db and the 
K5 from 0 to 60db, I think). Another synth I would love to support 
is the old Korg DSS-1. It was capable of additive synthesis.
