The V40 is 8086 or 8088 derived, yes? (If I remember from the V20, 
V30.. ;-) (I got sentimental about the Z80 :-) )

Ok, I'll look into OTP devices too. See what I can find - it's been a 
few years since making single board computers, in those days the 
biggest EPROM was a 32k 27256 :-)
