Wave Analyzer Program Available.

The first version of the Wave Analyzer program is finished. You can download it from the Files section. To run the program you will need to have Win98 or up. Also you will need to have the .Net runtime installed as well as the DirectX 9 runtime installed. In addition, you will need to have a soundcard capable of playing back wave files as well as outputing MIDI data. I will try to write up more thorough set of instructions later.
