All notes OFF problem?

Hi,

can anyone without V1.3 tell me if their K5 sends an All Notes Off 
command when after releasing every keys? I realized the other day that 
the hold pedal wouldn't work with MIDI applications until I put an All 
Notes Off filter in MIDI-OX. I just hope it's not a V1.3 problem because 
it otherwise works very well, I didn't get memory bugs so far!
