Ordering the chips... almost!

Hi all,

I was about to order the chips, but the shipping rate estimate chart was 
only giving me the fees for some expensive shipping services. I just 
sent an e-mail asking quotes for "standard" shipping services, but 
Mouser's not open on week-ends and they're closed on Jan 1st and 2nd, so 
I'll probably get the chips in a quite long time...

I'll order once I get the shipping rates.

Concerning payment, I'll get a bit of information from the post office. 
If there's a fixed rate for any countries or it doesn't go over a 
certain amount, no matter the address, I'll make the shipping fees the 
same for everyone and I'll send PayPal invoices once the ROM chips will 
be ready to ship. For those who decide to use another payment method, 
the PayPal invoice will simply be a confirmation that the chips are 
ready and payment can be sent. There will be no need to pay through 
PayPal, even if you receive the invoice from their system.

I'll make payment instructions and an installation guide (For the K4 and 
K5) later. Payment instructions will depend of the shipping rates, ie. 
if I need to get the address first or if you can send it with payment.

I can still take new requests until Mouser Electronics sends a response 
about their shipping rates.

Note that there's nothing definitive in the payment instructions.
