Hi Donn,

I have some spares. The ROM costs $6 CAD, and shipping is $3.42 (actual 
shipping + packaging) to USA + PayPal fees (around $0.60)

K5 ROM is V1.3, K5m is V1.2, K4 is V1.4, K4r is V1.4
