Hi, I'm looking for a book that can be of some help when programming the K5 from scratch; somewhere in the www I found some references about a book, "Kawai K5 - Making it happen" by Dan Walker, but that's it... I couldn't find it in the end, neither for download nor for sale... the point is that I growed tired of 'stupid' technical pubblications about additive synthesis that don't actually explain HOW to program a given patch... everybody knows what additive synthesis is and how it works, but if I want to program a certain sound I need to know what harmonics are there (and good luck, if inharmonic content is there too...), which ones change over time, how they change, how they're grouped etc. so, is there a good book around about the k5 a/o additive synthesis REAL LIFE programming?
