There's an half K5 card (DC-16) used in the K4 and XD5, maybe other 
synths as well.

Those RAM cards were "standard" in industrial apps. I managed to find 
equivalents that could probably be found somewhere in the archives. 
Well, just found it : 38-pin ITT/Fujisoku. If some address pins were 
lifted high on a larger card, that could work out as a multi card. 
They're very hard to find now though. I can't seem to find places where 
it's in stock, but it was still available about 3-4 years ago.
