SPAM! removed and author banned.

Sorry folks,
   I've been away on a 3 day excursion to the north. Anyway, I've 
deleted the spam and banned the author.  Do we stay the course for 
now, or start restricting membership?  Looks like we are getting 
spammed every two weeks or so.
