Hi Francesco,
    What exactly do you mean by "pitch wrong"?  Is the entire 
keyboard playing in a different "key" instead of "C"?  If so, it's 
easy to fix.  Just follow the instructions on page 101 in the Basic 
Guide for "Tuning".  Hope that helps.
