Where have you read this? 200,000 notes is 200,000 notes. If you're recording more notes because your Karma loaded Combi in SEQ mode is making it, then that would in turn record more notes. Here's some math to consider a 100 bpm song has 25 measures in one minute. Multiply that times 10 minutues and you got 250 measures. Divide that into 200,000 notes and you have 800 notes per measure. Even a 200 bpm drum and base song that is ten minutes long would have 400 per measure. And the extended 20 minute remix of your song would have 200 per measure. But seriously, if you had a reasonable 25-50 notes per measure on a avg 115 bpm song, you could make the karma play all day and not play two notes twice. You don't go on a car lot asking how much trunk space a Corvette has, and with workstations the standard 200,000 notes in the sequencer is just not an issue. -Paul Duffey sudosonic.com --- "Eric J.
