pitch/mod wheel problems

Hi,

I have a Karma, and can't get the pitch wheel to do anything (the 
modulation part works well in the up-down axis, just no effect of 
moving it left-right).

The keyboard is in excellent shape, so I don't think it's broken, just 
needs to be set properly - any thoughts?
