Hi Mark,
   I use Wayne's suggestion quite a bit.  Also, 
1. If you have a footswitch, you can sustain the last series, then 
fade out.
2.  When you get to the Coda, hold that last Chord Trigger, then 
unlatch the KARMA.  This one works best for me.  

    A lot depends on the Combi (or program) you are working with.  
So, you may need to test out a few procedures similar to what Wayne 
and I have suggested.
