MOSS depends on how much you know about synth programming... for the most part, it's a z1 synth on a card... It does have some very nice abilities in the modeling area if you are into programming.. There are a few patches in the triton groups you can get that will give you some good use. There is even a program to convert z1 patches to MOSS for use. BUT worth the money, depends on you ... It was the first thing I did to my Extreme before ever turning it on, adding the MOSS card... 3 years ago now I think... The manual for it is very basic. Which is why I mention, depends on how much you know about synth programming. Also I found the soundtower editor a must for it to get into it deep. I am not found of many level menus.
