Hi dpak, My first recommendation is to visit Karma Lab Forums for detailed threads and support for the Karma. You'll find that it is a very friendly and supportive group with many of the veteran Karma users, experts, and Stephen Kay (the inventor) himself. Here's a link http://www.karma-lab.com/forum/ You'll have to register there to ask question and participate in the various forums. As for a quick answer about Real Time Controls (RTCs), you need to read the "Basic Guide" manual pages 5, 33, 103 etc. Check the index in the back of the manual or use the Table of Contents in the front. Now, my next piece of advice is to read those sections right at your Karma. Forget about sitting in a chair and trying to understand what printed on the paper. You have to have hands-on experience. Hope that helps.
