I saw the Muse close up and personal at last namm... good product I think..
esp. if you are doing live work... I just added another PC into the studio
here for xp os for
reaktor and other softsynths as well as to double for DAW. Not to replace
what I am using now, well not
yet, but supplement. So Muse is a good idea to cut down too much tech
around.

I can believe that as I think Jerry or one of the other Korg reps, told me
the audio
path was improved a bit? Might be 100% wrong. But I would think that way
when I read
that.

There are some items I know I would want, converter from triton to oasys is
one. Editor that
is also a librarian is another. Editor needs to be able to edit deep, like
the Karma program as well
as into the arpeggiators. How many does the Oasys have?

With massive amounts of poly on hand, many things are possible using a
single product. ;-)  need more cow bell? I need more poly !  ;-)

Actually, there's a chap over at KF who manually converted his
Triton sounds to OASYS and he claims that there was quite an
improvement in the quality and clarity of the sounds. Of course there
are some pieces in my rig (both VSTi and hardware) that the O can't
replace - V-Synth XT etc. However, they will integrate nicely within
the OASYS through its inputs. I'm investigating the Muse Receptor as
a stand alone host for the VSTs, either that or a stripped down laptop
or miniMac.
