I have recently seen a new Karma at the music store here in Seattle, so
they do exist.

Hi Vaibhav,
Good luck with your search for a brand new Karma. It will be near
impossible now. However, you might want to take your chances on eBay
for a used one. I've seen them go for as low as $500 and change. Just
be cautious and ask a lot of questions and demand real photos of the
actual keyboard from many angles etc.
