I bought mine on ebay for 600, shipping included. It was opsys 1.2 and no addons altho the seller included some nice dance and groove software he had with it. Some considerations: most important - does it have any add on boards, exp or moss or whatever. That drives the cost up at least 100 bucks. Op sys 2.0 is a nice to have but pretty easy to download and do yourself if not included. Manuals are available by download. Look for home user, smoke free usage...probably goes without saying. Steer clear of anyone with no feedback or negative feedback and you will be ok. Although knobs and keys can be fixed and replaced, don't trade price for a broken key...buy one in as pristine condition you can find. It is worth the extra 50-100 bucks to have some peace of mind. Finally, be careful about shipping costs. A fair costs is in the 40-50 dollar range. Someone asking more is trying to make additional money on the shipping. That's all I know. cheers, Steve --- wndrdub <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I've also seen a new one at Guitar Center in Natick, > MA. > > If buying a used Karma, be aware that many of these > have problems > with the joystick, so make sure to explicitly ask if > it works > properly (it also affects aftertouch in some cases). > > Jeff > --- In [email protected], "EJ2 - Double EJ > Projects" > <doubleejprojects@...> wrote: > > > > Hi Vaibhav, > > Good luck with your search for a brand new > Karma.
