Hi, Thanks for the response. As you have a no refunds policy for software you should provide a link to the license agreement so that people can make an informed decision. I have found that it is included in the user guide but there should be a clear link on the relevent pages. I am sure that most people have the expectation that when they come to sell their Korg Karma they will also include any Karma specific software they had bought for it. According to your response this is clearly not the case. In fact if you sell you Karma you will need to make sure you delete the contents of banks C,D,E & the user GE area otherwise you will breach the software license.
